TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO WORK WITH US
1. Regarding this collaboration agreement the user agrees to comply with the following terms.
A) Do not use Neonihilist website, or other website links that promote illegal goods or services, or contain racial, religious or political offences.
B) No SPAMMING, through indiscriminate advertising or commercial e-mails that promote our website and/or our products.
1.1) Should Neonihilist knowledge any violation of point 1 (A and/or B) you will be immediately notified of disciplinary action (see point 4).
Before starting any collaboration, Neonihilist will examine your website/social network. If we find it adequate, you will be informed straight away and we will start the collaboration.
2. The user cannot use Google ADWORDS, ADSENSE or any other PAY-PER-CLICK to advertise our website. Should they use the above means to advertise their website, it should not contain the name “Neonihilist” or the website www.neonihilist.com under any circumstances.
2.2) Neonihilist reserves the right to unilaterally end the collaboration for any of the following violations:
a) Use of Google adwords or adsense
b) Run/promote an illegal business through our website/social network/e-mail
c) Spamming through indiscriminate advertising or mailing
d) Violate our intellectual property rights
e) Harm or diminish Neonihilist trademark
f) prolonged inactivity for 30+ days (70+ if following the start of collaboration)
g) Verification of false order.
h) Violation of any points contained in this agreement
3. PAYMENTS
You will be granted a 10% commission on sales. This commission may vary in the future prior to notice. Payment will be made at the end of every calendar month through paypal or bank transfer, it being understood that you have to reach a minimum of €20 commission (€200 sales), otherwise commissions will be cumulated with those of the following month.
3.1) Neonihlist may require to debit your account expenses for: returns of products, evident mistakes, non-conclusion of transactions, refund to customers for any reason.
4) TERMINATION OF THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT
The user can terminate the collaboration agreement at any moment by informing us via email; the agreement will be terminated within 30 days from receipt of the email.
At the same time of the termination of this agreement, or any licence or sub-licence granted according to this contract, all the links containing the name “Neonihilist” or the website www.neonihilist.com will have to be removed.
These Terms form the entire basis of any agreement reached between you and us.
Neonihilist reserves the right to modify these terms by notifying the user via email 7 days before the amendments come into force.
5) OPERATIVITY
Both parties will try to maintain their websites operating during normal working hours. However, both parties agree that it is common to experience system inactivity, and agree not to be liable for any consequence of the above inactivity.
6) LAW AND JURISDICTION
Each party is subject to the law and jurisdiction of the area where it operates, and assures compliance to that law.
7) RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES/ THIRD PARTIES
The relationship between the parties of this contract is that of independent entrepreneurs, and no part of this agreement must be construed as the creation of a partnership or any other work relationship.
None of the parties will induce third parties to believe that the relationship between the parties is different from what the above specifies.
8)FORCE MAJEURE
None of the parties are responsible for any omissions or delays due to force majeure, such as power cuts, Internet provider problems, uprisings, blazes, floods, earthquakes etc…
9)The user declares to have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1) Riguardo il presente accordo di collaborazione l'utente si impegna e accetta di:
a) Non gestire o utilizzare il sito web Neonihilist e di non avere link a siti web che contengano o promuovano beni o servizi illegali, e che non contengano offese razziali, religiose e politiche.
b) Non impegnarsi in SPAMMING, tramite pubblicità indiscriminata o email commerciali che promuovano il ns. sito e/o i nostri materiali.
2.1) Qualora Neonihilist venisse a conoscenza di violazioni del punto 1 (A e/o B) vi verrà tempestivamente comunicato un provvedimento (vedi punto 4.1)
Prima di accettare il rapporto di collaborazione, Neonihilist dovrà visionare il vs. sito social network, ecc..Nel caso non ci fossero problemi di sorta, vi verrà subito comunicato il responso positivo con successivo inizio della collaborazione
2) l'utente non potrà utilizzare a scopo pubblicitario inerente il ns. sito e/o prodotti ADWORDS di Google, ADSENSE o qualsiasi altro PAY-PER-CLIC. In caso di utilizzo, da parte dell'utente, di tali metodi per pubblicizzare il suo sito, non dovrà apparire in nessun modo il nome Neonihilist e il sito www.neonihilist.com
2.2) Neonihilist si riserva il diritto di recedere unilateralmente la collaborazione, a causa di una qualsiasi delle seguenti violazioni:
a) utilizzo di google adword o adsense;
b) operare e/o promuovere un business di natura illegale attraverso il vs. sito web, social network, mail;
c) l'utilizzo di spam attraverso pubblicità indiscriminata o mailing;
d) violare i ns. diritti di proprietà intellettuale;
e) sminuire, offendere o ogguscare il valore del marchio Neonihilist (rischio procedure penali)
f) inattività per 30 o + giorni (70 o + se immediatamente successivi all'inizio della collaborazione);
g) riscontro di ordini falsi;
h) la violazione di uno qualsiasi dei punti di questo accordo:
3) PAGAMENTI:
Attualmente la provvigione che vi viene riconosciuta è del 10% sulle vendite; la percentuale potrebbe, in futuro, variare in più o in meno previa comunicazione all'utente; il pagamento verrà effettuato l'ultimo giorno di ogni mese tramite paypal, bonifico bancario ecc., fermo restando il raggiungimento della quota minima di 20 € di provvigioni (200€ di vendite), in caso contrario si salderà il mese successivo il totale ecc.;
3.1)Neonihilist può chiedere di addebitare sul vs. conto l'importo relativo a : restituzioni dei prodotti, errori evidenti da parte vostra, la non conclusione a buon fine delle transazioni, o la restituzione al cliente dell'importo per qualsiasi motivo.
4) CHIUSURA DEL RAPPORTO DI COLLABORAZIONE:
l'Affiliato può interromper in qualsiasi momento il rapporto di collaborazione previo preavviso tramite mail; il rapporto finirà entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione della mail.
Alla risoluzione del presente accordo, di qualsiasi licenza o sub-licenza concessa ai sensi del presente contratto, dovranno immediatamente essere rimossi tutti i link nei quali appare il nome Neonihilist o www.neonihilist.comil presente accordo, contiene l'intera intesa e accordo tra le parti; non ci sono stati accordi, garanzie o impegni di sorta da una delle parti, sia orali che scritti ad eccezione di quanto indicato nel presente contratto.
Neonihilist ha il diritto di modificare il presente accordo previa notifica all'affiliato, tramite mail, 7 gg prima della data in cui entreranno effettivamente in vigore tali modifiche!!
5) OPERATIVITA'
Ciascuna delle parti farà ragionevoli sforzi commerciali per mantenere il suo sito, social network, email operativo durante il normale orario lavorativo.
Tuttavia le parti convengono che è normale registrare periodi di inattività del sistema e accettano di non essere responsabili per nessuna delle conseguenze di tali interruzioni.
6) AUTORITA' E RISPETTO DELLE LEGGI:
Ciascuna delle parti è responsabile delle leggi locali applicabili nella giurisdizione in cui essa opera e garantisce tale conformità
8) RAPPORTO TRA LE PARTI / DIRITTO DI TERZI
Il rapporto tra le parti (Neonihilist e affiliato) sancito dal presente accordo, sarà unicamente quello di imprenditori indipendenti e nessuna parte del presente accordo può essere interpretata diversamente. La sottoscrizione del seguente accordo non deve essere in nessun modo interpretata come la creazione di una società o di un rapporto di lavoro diverso.
Nessuna delle 2 parti agirà in modo da far intendere a terzi che il rapporto fra le parti è qualcosa di diverso da quanto espresso sopra.
9) FORZA MAGGIORE:
Nessuna delle parti sarà responsabile di eventuali OMISSIONI O RITARDI dovuti a cause di forza maggiore quali, interruzioni elettriche, problemi del provider di internet, sommosse, incendi, alluvioni, terremoti e via dicendo.
10) L'affiliato dichiara di aver letto e compreso il seguente atto in ogni sua parte e di averne accettato ogni sua parte.
Nel caso in cui il contraente fosse un privato dichiara di aver compiuto il diciottesimo anno di età alla data del presente accordo.

5) NN TI VIENE RICHIESTO NESSUN INVESTIMENTO NE ORA NE MAI
6) PUOI FARE SOLDI CON STILE FACENDO CIO' CHE TI PIACE
7) VENDENDO LE NS. T-SHIRT HAI LA POSSIBILITA' DI CONOSCERE SEMPRE NUOVE INTERESSANTI PERSONE
8) PUOI DIMOSTRARCI CIO' CHE VALI E RICORDA: SIAMO SEMPRE IN CERCA DI TALENTI PER UNA POSSIBILE FUTURA COLLABORAZIONE
9) POTRAI IN OGNI MOMENTO SEGUIRE LE TUE VENDITE E ITUOI PROGRESSI
10)E COSA PIU IMPORTANTELAVORERAI CON NOI....LE MENTI PIU FOTTUTAMENTE GENIALI E CREATIVE
