In order to participate to the contest first of all it is necessary to subscribe to the website and accept the terms and conditions and be at least 18 years old.
Any kind of GUERRILLA ACTION must show our logo and URL; the logo can be downloaded in …. format under the section….
You have to send a video in … format or any other documentation that can prove what you have created. The duration must be of a minimum of 3 minutes and no more than 10 minutes. You can also let us know in advance of the guerrilla actions you are planning to do and considering our unlimited possibilities, we will try personally or through our co-workers to be a witness. The guerrilla actions will be initially evaluated by the Neonihilist team to choose the best work (finalist). The results will be unquestionable and will be displayed on our website.  The subscribers (yourself) will choose the winner. Neonihilist will send to the creators of the finalist actions a participation notice with all the necessary information. To vote you must be a subscriber; each user could express one choice (each IP address can have a maximum of 3 accounts). During the entire contest it will be possible to look at the score in the related link (contest, of course).
Neonihilist will not return any material nor provide any information about the evaluation of the awarded or the excluded parties (we suggest to keep your own copy).
In case your action is the contest winner you will be immediately contacted and you will receive 500 Euros via bank transfer.
After 3 days of the contest closure it will be possible to watch the winner video on our website. The winner video can be used by Neonihilist for any commercial promotion and more, and can be inserted in any social network, internet TV or other communication means.
If a participant decides to send more than one video of guerrilla action, we remind you to send one video and one documentation at the time otherwise the participant will be excluded. In case the participant wants to send more guerrilla marketing actions he/she must separately send the material (2 actions = 2 videos + attachments).
The material sent will not be used for marketing or other purposes but for the contest only. In case we are interested in your material you will be contacted to establish an agreement about the use and an eventual reward.

- It is not necessary to be a professional to win.
- The contest enrolment is free of charge. Neonihilist will not reimburse the expenses borne for the guerrilla action and for the documentation, even partially.
Neonihilist is not responsible of your actions nor of what you are going to do for the guerrilla marketing action; therefore we suggest that, before taking any initiative, you evaluate if it could bother anybody and if it is really the case to take that action and, above all, if it is LEGAL.
The participant shall declare to be the creator, promoter and owner of the guerrilla rights as per sent material. In case of copyright violation or damages to a third party Neonihilist can legally retaliate.
The duration, beginning and end of the contest will be established by the Neonihilist genial minds that reserve the right to change them by means of a notice.
The enrolled users can send their comments in the section (????? Contest or contest comments????) or suggestions.
Neonihilist does not take any responsibility for the documentation content since it will not be subject to a preventive control. Neonihilist staff reserves the right to remove any unsuitable comment.
For any problem the place of jurisdiction is Perugia.
Neonihilist reserves the right, without any notice, to modify, update or complete current regulation in any moment; relevant modification will be published on the site.
Personal data will be treated according to the 196/2003 law.
We would like to make it clear that the GUERRILLA MARKETING contest is not considered a prize contest as established by art. 6 , paragraph 1, letter (a) of the D.P.R. (Decree of the President of the Republic) no. 430 of October 26, 2001.
Since this contest has the goal to promote the production and performance of projects with artistic and creative contents in the commercial field, the awarding of a prize has the aim of recognizing the personal merit.

• Inviarci un video in formato....o qualsiasi altro documento o testimonianza che sia prova di ciò che hai creato, della durata minima di 3 minuti e massima di 10 minuti. Puoi anche avvisarci in anticipo dell'azione di guerrilla che stai per svolgere e nel limite delle nostre immense possibilità cercheremo personalmente o tramite collaboratori di essere testimoni...
• Le azioni di GUERRILLA SARANNO VALUTATE inizialmente dallo staff di NEONIHILIST per scegliere i lavori migliori (finalisti) ad insindacabile giudizio del team NEONIHILIST che saranno visibili sul nostro sito e saranno gli utenti registrati (ovvero voi stessi) a decretare il vincitore del contest. NEONIHILIST invierà ai creatori delle azioni scelte come FINALISTE una comunicazione di partecipazione con tutte le informazioni del caso...Per poter votare OCCORRE essere registrati; ciascun utente potrà esprimere un'unica preferenza (ogni indirizzo IP PUO' AVERE MASSIMO 3 ACCOUNTS.....). Per tutta la durata del contest sarà possibile visualizzare il punteggio nella sezione dedicata (CONTEST ovviamente ...che pensavate ???).
• NEONIHILIST NON ASSUME NESSUN obbligo di restituire il materiale né di fornire informazioni riguardo le valutazioni dei premiati o esclusi del contest...(consigliamo quindi di tenervi una copia)
• Qualora l'azione inviata risultasse la vincitrice del contest sarete immediatamente contattati e vi verranno inviati tramite bonifico bancario (O VEDERE CHE ALTRO...) I 500 EURO in moneta sonante (non in t-shirt, in pecorino sardo, in bond argentini e tanto meno in natura...tramite prestazioni sessuali..).
• Sarà altresì possibile dopo 3 giorni dalla chiusura del contest vedere il video dell'azione di guerrilla vincitrice sul nostro sito. Il video vincitore potrà essere usato da NEONIHILIST per qualsiasi iniziativa commerciale e non e potrà essere inserito in qualsiasi social network, internet tv o altri mezzi di comunicazione di massa...
• Qualora un partecipante decidesse di intraprendere più di un'azione di guerrilla e di inviarci i relativi video si ricorda di inviare solo un video e una documentazione alla volta pena l'esclusione dal contest... In caso il partecipante volesse intraprendere più azioni di guerrilla marketing, dovrà inviarci separatamente il materiale relativo a ciascuno di esse (2 azioni = 2 video differenti con relativi allegati).
• Il materiale inviato non verrà usato per scopi di marketing o per altri scopi al di fuori del contest stesso...nel caso ci interessasse il vostro materiale sarete contattati per un eventuale accordo riguardo l'uso e per stabilire un eventuale compenso nei vostri confronti.
• Legge sulla privacy......
• NON è necessario essere dei professionisti per vincere
• L'iscrizione al contest è gratuita. Le spese che avrete sostenuto per l'azione di guerrilla e di conseguenza per i documenti a noi inviati non saranno in alcun modo rimborsate neanche parzialmente da NEONIHILIST.

• NEONIHILIST non è in alcun modo responsabile delle vostre azioni (non siamo mica vostro padre) e di ciò che farete per realizzare l'azione di guerrilla marketing, quindi consigliamo prima di intraprendere qualsiasi iniziativa di valutare se la stessa potrebbe infastidire qualcuno e se è effettivamente il caso di attuarla e soprattutto se essa è LEGALE (fare un graffito col nostro url sulla facciata del duomo potrebbe effettivamente “infastidire” più di qualcuno, noi compresi: rispetta l'arte !!!!!!!!!!!!).
• Il partecipante dichiara di essere il creatore, promotore e TITOLARE DEI DIRITTI della guerrilla comprovata dal materiale inviatoci. In caso di violazione di proprietà o do copyright ai danni di terzi NEONIHILIST potrebbe rivalersi legalmente.
• La durata, l'inizio e la fine del contest viene stabilita dalle geniali menti di NEONIHILIST, le quali si riservano di modificarle dandone preventivo avviso.
• Gli utenti registrati possono inviare commenti nella sezione (????? contest o commenti contest????) oppure suggerimenti.
• NEONIHILIST non si assume alcuna responsabilità per i contenuti dei documenti, in quanto non verranno sottoposti a preventivo controllo, si riserva inoltre il diritto di rimuovere commenti ritenuti non idonei dallo staff di NEONIHILIST.
• Per qualsiasi “problema” il foro di competenza è quello di Perugia...
• NEONIHILIST si riserva il diritto, senza previo avviso, di modificare, aggiornare o completare il presente regolamento in qualsivoglia momento, con successiva pubblicazione aggiornata sul sito.
